The law relating to transactions or relationships with elements in more than one state: judicial and legislative jurisdiction; federal law and state law; choice of law; recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments; interstate divorce, support, and custody; and a review of selected aspects of civil procedure, torts, contracts, property and family law in multistate context.
Basis of Grade: Final examination; class participation will also be considered
